    I will NOT play this week without THE round passes I earned. Gas and xp is no comparison for the gold spent and excess hours of life lost. After spending 1000s on this game, unless NG restores my round passes, I am done with TWD:NL.

    fully agree with you my friend. I spent more than 1500 gold last weekend to get round passes. Gold is not for free and shall be fully refounded.

    This situation is unfair.

    Round passes from the very beginning were a terrible idea.

    @Vane Here's the solution for NG that might get you out of this mess and in turn save many players from quitting: Fix the challenge system permanently as soon as humanly possible and eliminate round passes entirely. Announce that you are doing it right now, and devote all necessary development resources to do it immediately.

    I suggest letting players start at any level, but only counting their best 30 rounds for star generation.

    This might be the only way to stave off a major player exodus this week. If you can't guarantee this won't happen again, can you really blame any player for quitting?

    This fiasco can't ever happen again. Fix the challenge system and eliminate the whole concept of round passes very quickly.

    Hi @Vane, I know you're probably beyond stressed and the middle guy but maybe since higher players have most if not all players at 25 and weapons up. 1000 Spring tokens, 10,000 TG, 1000 tokens for each player category is Hunter, Scout, Assault, Warrior and Bruisers. And a butt load of 25 legendary weapons

    @Vane , The challenge is happening and there are many players stuck in the initial screen of the game, several are unable to play ... NG has not solved anything so far?

    And the reward will be just gas and XP? Will not you upgrade equipment and survivors in 5 seconds? Will not we have other events together?

    NG has to give an answer, it is the least that must be done with its players so faithful.

    Guys, what happened? Still cannot log in. I have been playing the game for years, every Wednesday I buy gas, I do 700 stars, that's my routine, I cannot recollect anything close to this. It's not about the gas and xp I paid, who cares, it just feels akward and bad.

    the real sad thing is imo that there is since 7 hours no comment from ng about the problem... they said it will be fixed shortly... and nothing happens and no comment from them
