Hi everyone!

I am very sorry for not being able to reply to more of your messages and threads in the last 12+ hours! Most of my time and of our team went into fixing the situation with people stuck on the loading screen, which is our number one priority to fix. The recovery process of these accounts is unfortunately quite complicated and time-consuming, and we are continuing to work on it. It was a very long day yesterday, so after some sleep I am back!

We have just recovered more accounts in the last hour (1600 or so), so please try to login again if you've been stuck so far!

We are also working right now on a permanent fix for this, which should be deployed within a few hours, which SHOULD fix everyone trying to access the game! I will let you know about this as soon as more information is available.

Also, some more announcements are coming up shortly, both on the forums and in the game news! I am currently working on arranging a better solution(s) for the current situation. As the fix for people being stuck is almost finished, now it is a good time to continue with the present in-game situation. So more information coming soon!

    I called off this weeks challenge
    I am not going to loose all my round passes again
    I'll wait until this is fixed and I see round passes working for others next week

    I was one of the fixes and was able to get on this morning finally, Thank you! I tried like hell to finish the daily quest for the rewards and spring tokens, but was unable to finish and claim them before the quest refreshed! Just missed it by 1 mission! I did purchase tokens from the store, but I'm not sure they were from today or yesterdays spring tokens. Will it be possible to get this missing tokens? I submitted a ticket, and hoping they can sort it out!

    I've never seen such a long delay in solving the problems in this game. Can't they disclose what event tomorrow is?

    I assume all hands are on deck at the moment trying to fix the login problems a lot of accounts are having. Once they've got that all sorted, I'm sure we'll hear. I'd rather Vane and the rest of NG concentrate on their jobs, rather than spending time on the forum.

    @TCBRITO I would think that up to a certain point the longer we wait to hear what the event is, the better it will be. Maybe we will be getting some of the things I suggested but they want to see if it works first. I'm hopeful here that we will see some of that, but at the very least I'm certain the weekend event will be good no matter what it is.

    Want to know what good it is to give us double experience points when all the bonus boxes contain canned tomatoes. My canned supplies have been maxed for days. Really. Fix something or offer something we can buy with canned tomatoes.

    How in the world with everything going on does NG have the nerve to offer a "40 radio" call after all of the screw ups this month? I find it insulting to only receive 250 gold, have to grind for radios during just a radioactive event, and the selected hero call is a "40 call"? That's messed up. Throw us a bone and make the current hero call a "10 radio" call instead of normal players wasting time grinding to get better again. I am about finished with this game. No joke...
