TRAITS, to be replaced

I certainly believe that many will be asking for a fundamental thing: my hero must become stronger (in many ways) and to do so I have to assign them (if chance will allow me) a new trait. Ok!
But which one to remove? and what would you assign?

I obviously speak of the strongest heroes in the game:

Abe
Sasha
Daryl (hunter)
Daryl (scout)
Dwight
Michonne
Jesus
Survivalist Rick
Carol
Gabriel
Merle
Rick
Carl
Aaron might be left like that
RGG
Morgan (bruiser)
Negan
Eugene

as tail lights:
Rufus but this can only be known by @Jenng :)
and
Rosita

Here we need the experience of @JayZ, @SCBMA, @msapaev, @Danski_46, @WellyLuga, @bladgier , @Deadheads and many others....

    I agree with almost everything @WellyLuga said. Until piercing is boosted though I'm focusing on melee hero changes first. Here are some of my differences:

    Michonne: I'm seriously considering replacing Dodge with Lucky. Dodge is great on warriors but her leader trait is SO awesome I wanted those % as high as possible!
    Jesus: Strong and IS for BD and Lucky
    Carol: Ruthless for BD
    Ezekiel: IS for Vigilant
    Gabriel: Ruthless and Lucky for IS, and Retaliate
    Merle: Marksman and Ruthless for Dodge and BD
    Hilltop Maggie: Marksman and Lucky for DS and Revenge
    Rosita: IS for SS

    Rufus is quite a good stand-in leader for farming when Governor is chewed, at least before you're max level.
    Plus, he taught Chris Hardwick how to treat women right. Especially the ones who confuse Twitter and the #MeToo hashtag with the police or a psychiatrist :D.

    Rufus is actually good you know. I just get pissed because his tokens are so hard to come by. Defensive stance out, revenge in.

    I think retaliate is much better for him, if you prepared him to take some hits

    I hear that, altho I seem to have trouble hitting more than one target on ranged retaliators. I'd opt for both given the chance.

    If you're talking about the show Andrea, then no. She shot Daryl by "accident". Daryl is the hero we don't want but definitely need. Comic Andrea on the other hand...send her my way, everybody got time fa dat.
