why cant people pay for it like everyone else did?

Eat less donuts for a week?
Use less paper products? 🤷‍♂️
If FTP refuse to spend on weapons then why should we buy them from the shop when we can sit around & wait it out for 30 days and get the same thing handed to us in the epic version for free?

And yes, the epic is very close to the same. Never said I had a problem with NG giving OP epics to FTP players. The problem is handing out OP weapons that people paid for 2 -3 weeks prior.

Use what you scavenge from crates and the distance (like I did when i was FTP) until you can save up for a OP weapon.

Wow... so everyone who can't afford to spend on superfluous things like digital weapons should just eat fewer donuts or stop using whatever you mean by "paper products". Yeah, sure, that's what prohibits everyone from buying stuff: donuts and paper.

It's not as if there were people who simply have no money for luxuries at all.
(And before you give me that "how can they afford a mobile, if..." - they might have had money at some point, bought a device, now don't have any money anymore... for example...)

Also, epic weapons are not the same as legendary... or else no one would ever buy legendary versions and no one would ever complain that they've got this great weapon from a crate that unfortunately is only epic.

Morgan's staff is still very useful at epic, I never said it wasn't. It's still not the same as the legendary one.

Whoever the heck said "give us that staff right now"? People asked if there was a possibility to get it at all. I can't see any harm in that.

Okay, now I am curious: in which thread are you telling the truth? Over here or in the player database one?

You can either be F2P or buy stuff - can't be both.

Anyway, it's not for either of us to decide - and I will be happy if my fellow players will get to have an epic Morgan's Staff at some point. I would also gladly take it, but even if it wasn't offered to me, I would still be happy for them. It's just in my nature to enjoy other people's happiness.

You can also hate my opinion if you like - I won't change my mind, either.

@Fluxxx how about a compromise? Epic and no razor?
Maybe:

Tactical
Concussion
Lethal

I doubt that would impact sales since players will probably only spend money on razor weapons nowadays.

@ShadowWalker Is the special functionality of the staff the main reason that you want it in TG?

What we want to have is special functionality weapons to be linked with bigger events, such as the seasonal campaigns and GW (once that is in place).

In general, the situation it’s not so black and white. I agree that having special functionality weapons available for all players increases fun and variety, but there’s a significant demographic that would settle for a TG Morgan’s staff over buying one, whereas they would buy one if it wasn’t available in TG.

But as of right now, TG shop and special weapons is not happening.
