Hilltop maggie discussion thread!

So i recently got hilltop maggie to legendary and i would like to use her on one of my main teams. I was wondering what traits on weapons and armor to put on her aswell as what kind of badges to put on her and what kind of survivors, or heroes, to use with her. I was thinking something like a winter bow as most of my teams are melee, but ill let you guys decide. Tell me what you think or use! ;)

    I just got her legendary myself. Roll off DS for Marksman and she's good to go. The Winter bow is all I use on my shooter now (no adding to the threat counter and tactical movement after the shot)

    Vest -like Jay said, anything with gold ruthless and sniper harness for me

    Did I misunderstand her trait, or does it not give you a new attack if the trait kicks in? I used her in a Distance mission and when her trait kicked in I could shoot, just move?

    It gives you an additional action point so you should be able to attack again. Were you using the winter bow on that mission as it may not have been her trait but the inherent tactical trait the bow has. @Burmeliinis

    it should give the chance at an extra attack but it only works vs heavy walkers not vs normal ones.

    If you could only move and not shoot after an attack, it is likely because you were using the Winter Bow and her trait didn't actually activate.

    Technically yes, but the AI will likely not be using that second attack.

    Here's a question about Maggie. If she is leader and I use assault, does the main target have to be a special walker or will the trait activate if a special walker is anywhere in the field of fire?

    I've been using her but her trait doesn't seem to kick in very often.

    @LoneWanderer360 It doesn't have to be the main target, the attack just needs to hit a special walker / human target and because it is low %. How often is relative however. I think having it proc in a dire situation is often enough for me.

    I think the roll will apply only to that particular special walker. Rather than say any of the other walkers in the pack!
