P2P How much?

I’m curious how much some of the elite spend? I’ve dumped a few k in game, initially was to max council and 23 toons, then up till 25 I was a spend to max quick player. Quit returned then spent to get back to semi decent.

Curious how much others have spent, do spend monthly, spend at big updates, spend when new hero’s come out, spend randomly just to spend, etc.

I wonder where I stand vs others. I’m sure some don’t want to admit how much they have spent, but I track my spending cause I like to see where my money goes(FYI way too much to bars haha)

    Spend as much as you want to afford, not based on others who may have different budgets to play with.

    Depends how keen you are to be at the top -vs- how mich you play for fun.

    At some point, everything you have spent will be for nothing...so, like betting, dont spend more than your happy to lose :smiley:

    Missed the point obviously I don’t spend more than I can afford and obviously I realize eventually game will shut down and then it’s all for nothing, but still curious those hitting 3k stars how much are they spending?

    How much does the average 2k star player pay? How much does the noob catching up spend?

    My budget allows for me to do as I please when I please I could spend more, but guilt does set in, so not trying to compare budgets just rather curious as to what people spend. As I’m sure there are people who make much more than me that spend less then me, I’m sure there are those that can’t afford to spend but spend more than me. I saw it in parallel kingdom... I know people who got divorced cause they spent in that game they would spend mortgage payments, car payments, etc to play...

    I know some at the top of the global leaderboards spend 10k gold per challenge, they also have 9* heroes, some 10*, that must be a small mortgage!

    @Danski_46 see that’s what I’m curious about how much are they spending in a given month?

    I know players who will have 28 hero’s within seconds of an update! Hell I’ve done it 23-24. Also did it getting to 23

    I spent a few thousands over the years I am guessing. I would have spent much less had I known a few things about the game early on but all in all I am ok with it because I got a lot of enjoyment out of it ;)

    I’d say me and Charlie have spent around £250 each in about 2 and half years. Most of that on gas boosters probably another 50 each from birthday gifts (itune vouchers) I’m a 2100 star average. Charlie can be top 20 when she wants to be.

    Wow that's absolutely bonkers... spending "thousands" on one game???

    I can't imagine how NG has financial issues other than bad management in that case...

    Compare that to the game of Doom, which costed a single player maybe 20$ and made all its employees (not only management!) millionaires.

    Me personally, I have spent around 50$ on this game, which is more than I have spent on any computer game btw...

    I've only bought some bundles with weapons, such as morgan's staff and the spear... which are essential. I would never spend on phones or re-roll tokens, as that's just a gamble... I would rather spend that in a real casino playing poker or something like that... much more fun! ;-)

    The question here is how to get more stars, the answer is tokens.

    9*/10* heroes get you most of the way, imho...body shots naturally cap your max

    The question then moves to how quickly you get there, and how much you want to make up ground, is a matter of personal preference, vanity and gold.

    Comparing your spend to others is pointless without knowing their heroes/toon ratings, then their star count...then, if they trump your scores, ask if they spend real $$$

    Needs to be apples with apples.

    I did once have a quiet afternoon and happened to stumble on my purchase history, it was more than I was expecting at about £6-700 but considering it's over a 2.5 year period it's not that bad. Granted I did not tell the missus :lol:. Roughly £15-20 a month but I can go months where I don't spend a thing. I am sure I could spend my money on worse things.

    I am about 2 Grand into this game over 3 years which is not bad considering i used to buy an xbox game every week for £40 - £50

    My average is all over the place. It really depends on how hard I want to play and how much time I have.

    On relatively normal events that I pushed I have been around 2800 or 3k+ but I had really stepped back for a while when things were happening in the game that prompted me not to push anymore or spend money.

    I am going to play a bit more this week so we'll see ;)

    I only buy the occasional gas booster and double XP when I know I'm going to be able to kick the arse out of it.

    However I do appreciate those who spend big bucks in the game as it's these players who 'Keep the lights on' and allow me to play this great game for fun.

    I spent too much in the early days. I have a stack of spent iTunes cards from my days in DTP Main before repeatables were nerfed... cards in all available denominations and colors. Went mostly f2p shortly after that. I may splurge on the occasional fuel booster or Morgan's staff, but that's it. I've never bought components or fragments and didn't use the badge crafting cheat so I score accordingly.
    Staying plugged in w/ the forum for a good dose of daily entertainment .

    I have spent few K since 2016. I say it’s close to about 5-6k at least. If NG wants to send DoomSlayer his account history, I’ll post it. I like the competitiveness of this game play and having the gold to continue playing nonstop is fun. I was a Resident Evil fan and had everything related to RE. Switched to the Walking Dead. I have reached 3k stars and easily get 2k each week. I hit Difficulty 45 or for your old dogs, RSL45+ for shits and giggles. I have asked NG for refunds in the past but they have denied me all the time because them some cheap SOBs. Always citing some nonsense. They can’t even comp a player who spends. Now the original poster asked a soiled question so any haters out there that wants to reply about I never would or don’t spend money on a free game. More power to you. It’s obvious this topic is not for you. So don’t get beside yourself with all the replies. I spend more a month going out to eating than on this game. I posted my Starbucks analogy and it’s real. I use to buy 1-2 Starbucks a day and I stopped back in 2016 and used my Starbucks money to play my game. That’s real talk. Well let me get back to buying another bundle or two. Weekly $20-100 and depends on the bundles and what I want. I like the radio bundles because back in the day, NG was some greedy SOBs. They still are but lighten up just a little. Now they just sly, slick, and wicked.

    I have spent 75$ in 3 years most of it Google rewards. Only 25 dollars of own money I get between 1750 to 1900 stars and never buy gas. I also rarely use gold to heal.

    I’ve bought 2 weapons bundles in 4 years. Probably spent $30 to $40 and got Morgan’s staff and Daryl’s knife. No plans on spending any more anytime soon. I hit at least 2000 stars

    Realistically, I probably don’t want to look. But I do love this game and it’s what one guy said, I don’t eat out or drink coffee or even shop lol so this is my splurging and I’m okay with it.

    We all have different priorities. Those bashing those of us that pay...first off, you’re welcome for keeping the game “in business” and two, I’m sure we all spend money On things others think are dumb and pointless. No judgement here
