Can we please get some inclusion for lower to mid level players?

My guild has some who have been here four plus years, plus some newer players we are nurturing who have survivors 20 or so. This current incarnation of GW doesn’t give the mid level players much they can succeed at, we are being given maps at 29 plus which effectively excludes or disadvantages them. We can coordinate strategies, but when 6 of my enthusiastic guild members are telling me they can’t win more than a couple of maps, they feel disenfranchised and embarrassed. Keep the higher levels by all means for those guilds that are super competitive, but please allow up and coming gamers to participate without feeling they are letting their guild down! Maybe just open up the really high levels to all at the start if the hard hitters want to go for those? We aren’t bothered about top guilds getting great scores and rewards, we would just like to be able to fully participate to the best we can. @ fluxxx

@Raven2318 there are maps from +0 RSL to +5 along the top row. Then row two only starts +1 to +6. There really are battles for everyone.

The current iteration should accomodate for all levels. All sectors/missions are adjusted to your level (i.e. they're not the same for everyone). Are you sure your guildmates tried to go for those?

The bonus maps r great for the lower lvl players! And by doing those, they will be helping the rest of the team that take on higher lvls! Even if they're not comfy taking on enemies, they can do the regular missions and let someone else come in and be the closer!

I suggest that this information be added to the Help in the game (Learn More > How To Fight, paragraph 2). It radically changes basic strategy for mixed-level guilds and battle teams.Fluxxx said:All sectors/missions are adjusted to your level (i.e. they're not the same for everyone).

@Fluxxx, thanks for the explanation! I can only see missions 27 and above on my maps, I wrongly assumed it was the same for all of my guild members. Thanks all.

I agree with @Artminius. I am pretty well versed in NML, but I simply didn’t realize different players saw the same maps at alternate levels. I thought everyone was seeing what I saw. It would be super helpful to have that clarified, and really help with planning for smaller guilds that have newer players.

Im happy with current setup that mission difficulties are based on each player's own survivors and not guild average. Now I can play GW with my alt account having lvl 15 survivors in guild where majority of players have lvl 26 or 27 survivors. This was very good improvement from previous guild wars.

It was clearly clarified before the first match began.

I agree. During the last war, I was the top scorer for my guild. This time, i could barely get through the first level/row. That does not make for a fun time.
