Someone mentioned bad luck playing gear scavenge missions. I tried this too last golden crate event, and think it's not just bad luck. It really doesn't give you gold crates a lot. I play tomato missions a lot and get gold crates (often with gear in them) frequently in them, but if I actually try to get them I only get garbage gear.

Both playing on hard mode of course.

Would be nice with more confirmation though. I'm a noob.

Idk. Everyone complains and Although I do agree that 99% of the time it’s crap, it does have its pros

If you’re farming, it’s freakin awesome. You’re farming anyways, so jackpot is just icing on the cake. And then they added extra 2 unlocks an hour which was huge. I usually pop in, use my 6 unlocks then pop In later.

And Yes, I am boosting so I get the “unless you’re boosting, it’s garbage” lol. To me, it was worth the boosting with me not being quite being maxed, so I really enjoy the jackpot event.

I do think a lot needs to be reworked...but the “concept” of jackpot event is awesome.

No gold and only one silver the whole weekend. Bad luck this time around, but I saved gold I guess.
