Spring Token not received

I finished distance today and i realized i did not receive any spring token. After i restarted the game the spring token appear as a reward on my restarted distance. Need help to get what i missed on the first one. Thanks

Same exact problem. Didn't get any tokens for 1st completion of the Distance.

There is no "contact us" option after i checked.
Can someone guide us where to report this case

Same happened to me, sent a ticket in, have not heard anything yet.

If you haven't restarted the game after 1 min gas event ended is possible to lose tokens, because the game have to be restarted after the weekend event ends.
