Has any maxed player started to receive lower level equipment in gold crates?

Hey y'all! A couple of my guildmates have reported getting lvl 24 equipment a few times recently. 1 was in a guild gift. She's a max player and has been for a while, but received a lvl 24 item in a gift. Another guildmate got a lvl 24 from the trade shop I think. (Not for sure on that) Has anyone else that is maxed gotten lower lvl gear, I'm guessing since the update? She did send in a ticket but hasn't gotten a response yet.

    Thanks y'all. I got a lvl 24 in a free silver crate earlier today also.  I thought even the crap gear was supposed to be lvl 27 when ur maxed. With the exception of the season missions and appropriate challenge missions maybe...

    Oh wow! I had made this thread bc my teammates noticed it. I had received a nice bruiser jacket a few days ago but can't remember where I got the gold crates...could've been a daily quest or a challenge reward but not sure. I started upgrading straight from opening crate without noticing what lvl it was bc I'm only used to getting lvl 27's. It just finished upgrading and I saw the upgrade for reinforcement tokens at the bottom...dang it! I upgraded a 24.

    NG should give you a 3 level upgrade for that. You invested many xp into it.

    if this if this is accurate then another issue caused that hasn’t been addressed. 

    I’m so quick on the auto scrap it’s hard to pay attention but I’ll watch now

    Really? No, it isn't fixed. I got a brown lvl 21 armor from distance last night.

    Ouch @ghost_pepper! That sucks. I was just going by the response my guildmate got from NG saying it was fixed now.

    @ghost_pepper what map was that on the distance? I didn’t think you got brown gear even on easy? Also that’s always been fixed at highest survivor level so find it out that would change.

    Agree @Firekid! I am able to finish the "hard distance", but even restart the "normal distance", because the event... At the "normal distance" you get 2 epic and 1 legendary gear...
