If you allow me I have one to share !
I'm talking about regular survivors. How about RS can have all heroes traits? Let me explain better: we have Tara, RGG and a survivor. Obviously this survivor can recover health because Tara is leading. What if we add a little pepper is this survivor can start with all charge points (RGG leader trait)?

Currently editing my posts, and adding Spoilers Not really spoiling anything, but doing just so enormous text and pictures can be hidden and easier for you guys to read. Hope you like it, and suggest me if you know better ways to sort this.
Everything we comment here, and come to conclusions/ideas i will add to posts on top. Not sure how often will update it but will do eventually
Nightmare Distance won't be added because it's something i requested in previous thread already @Burmeliinis and there are already enough talk about it in the forums, i am sure NG is awareDefinitely one of the most desired addition top players can wish for at the moment !

That is a superb idea. I like the idea being able to use Eugene in 2nd and having a normal survivor bruiser in 3rd also get his buff. Would be cool to have two super strong bruisers without giving up Rick/Sasha lead. I regularly use non-hero assaults alongside Sasha and Rufus but it would be awesome if they got his health/charge point boost alongside Sasha lead.

what would make shooters better is add the same bodyshot penalty that scouts have, so only -25%, as shooters are the ranged scouts anyway
the crafting of tools is a good idea, and I think it could use the low star badge components, maybe with some kind of time limit so that high lvl players with hundreds of one star components wouldn't be in that big of an advantage -
Give us a 30 minute window to make changes to the team in Guild Wars prior to the start so we can cater for the opponent.That would make for some fun battles.

Make it so, during a mission, any "non-Hero" survivor, can switch with any other non-hero on the Bench.
This could be a full round action requiring 2 action points

Minor changes that may "fix" some heroes:
Jesus - Change "Health is increased by X%" --> "Critical Damage is increased by X%"- Coupled with Scout Rick, Jesus would have top tier charge attack
- Stick and move. Stick and move.
- Similar to the tactical movement of Daryl's Assault Rifle
- Would allow you to push forward to hit max targets (charge with Sasha), then retreat to a safe distance
- Would also work for hunters and bruiser charge attacks (4+ targets)
- Tank Abraham. Allows you to hit 80% DR with an assault.
- Better suited current assault usage (Sasha + 2 Assault Meat Shields)
- Buff health a bit and increase percentages of their traits

Gabriel's trait is in massive need of a buff. Think Eugene - on top of his stun resist portion his trait basically does what Gabe's does but the numbers are much, much higher. Level 7 it's 48% vs 17%? Perhaps if his trait was changed so that the dodge portion worked to completely avoid damage at any level...

Great initiative I believe we all have suggestions to make the game more fun in our eyes, this year our dream of seeing tdog and shane in the game was finally realized, now the next step I believe that the desire of most fans would be to see judith grimes in action as a sniper and Lydia as a batsman, I also believe that Carol should be launched in her second version, now as the front line with her appearance based on the attack on the terminus.This year rick and glen were recycled and improved in their original versions and I believe that other abandoned heroes could be saved having their leader trait fixed, for example: ezekiel, jarry, negan, Governor, dwigth, magie hunter among others.I also think that guild wars need to be more balanced and look for opponents of similar level and strength, as it currently appears to be based only on their league score.I also think that there should be an option to buy specific gifts with real money for members of my choice, that is, I want to reward a member who stood out with tools or gold, or even weapons, so I go to the "gift shop" to buy one of the items of my choice and I choose which member I want to send only purchase and not transfer to avoid account fraud.

Também acho que a guild wars precisa ser mais balanceada e procurar oponente de nivel e forca semelhantes, pois atualmente parece que e baseado apenas na sua pontuação de liga.
Também acho que deveria existir opção de comprar presentes especificos com dinheiro real para membros de minha escolha, ou seja eu lider quero premiar um membro que se destacou com ferramentas ou ouro, ou ate armas, dai eu vou la na "loja de presentes" compro um dos itens de minha escolha e escolho pra qual membro desejo enviar apenas compra e não transferência para evitar fraudes de contas.

Great post @Karajoca, a lot of good ideas and hopefully a refreshing wind of change. Regarding ranged buff (shooters in particular), I'd like to see some improvement to make them useful again, but above a certain level it's all about charging points or strategic movements tactics (prowl, herd. I intentionally omitted RGG cause his LT is a nonsense imo). So the best option to make shooters really competitive against 'classic' team leaders would be something like SR leader trait, ignoring the critical damage part (it would be unnecessary due to eventual class crit damage buff/piercing buff/sureshot rework). Or maybe an LT based on the charging trait: X% to get points (or give points to team mates) and X% amount of damage buff. I think you can mix and shuffle Sasha, SR and charged trait to get something nice and useful, without risk to make shooters OP. One more example it could be a 'reverse' Sasha LT for a shooter; it can give you (or a team mate) a charge point if you hit an enemy WITHOUT bodyshots. This would make a nice twist on strategies, making piercing a must have on weapons (and sureshot / Alpha LT..), and it would be OP below RSL+2/3 only I guess. I disagree about leaving hunter Maggie as she is. Pizza Glenn is a great option right now, I think they should make Maggie more useful too, for lower level players at least. I don't know, tactical paired with the farming part? One more idea would be a third way to move close to walkers without risking a bite. We can damage them prowling, attract them herding, why not hiding from them in a sort of sneaky mode? After all, before Beta we saw many times TWD characters covered by stinky walkers guts escaping from dangerous situations. This could work in many different ways. You can eventually hide moving close unaware walkers only (so your status will last only until next spawn) and ranged attacks/objects interactions (gates/crates) would be a noise condition that break the hiding status. A melee single hit kill doesn't break the hiding mode. I'm trying to figure it out just writing, so forgive me if some nonsense shows up, but I think this above deserves a closer look. However, those are just a couple thoughts thrown here. Well done again Karajoca

I like the idea of having guild records showing the all time top challenge or guild wars scores.This may have been discussed before but I’d like to be able to give items to other guild members (old weapons / armour). Or even just a few of my trade goods if they performed really well that week (I run a small, casual guild).
For the other ideas I like the things that create different ways to get through maps.
I like the thoughts above about hiding but being invisible to walkers is very powerful. Maybe the survivors can only move slowly like a walker or perhaps if the end the turn next to a walker they are revealed?
I think it’s great that scout Glenn has got a new lease of life. I’d like to see other things that affect opening doors. Maybe a hero skill or a trait that stops survivors being stuck when opening takes multiple turns.What if shooters charged attacks shoot the door and reduce the turns needed.
I don’t think there will ever be a way to make all classes equal in terms of surviving or killing walkers but maybe they could be good at other things? -
I would like to see some kind of feedback on how my defense did in gw, even if its as simple as outpost results, its better than nothing.

Another point. I think this game should make something that is guaranteed to happen in combat. When our characters are stunned, even a level 1 walker can SURELY give them a critical hit, so why aren't our characters affected by this rule too? That means our characters can do huge damage to a stunned target, that makes sense in real world, also it can make the combat more strategical. @Fluxxx

I have some ideas too:
1. Replays: Store missions as macros that can be replayed and shared. Promote high level Challenge play and players by showing all runs they share. If for example you're on level 44 and need help, you go to watch replays and you see the replays others shared at that level. Switch for higher or lower if you want, perhaps you can also like/upvote good ones so others can see as well (assuming they're otherwise showing the most recent ones first). If the person watching doesn't have the weapons used in the replay NG can offer discounted bundles with them or something to make the money back from the development time and extra server load.
One of the biggest problems in this game is new players don't pick up on well established wisdom, because what works in the early and late game is very different.
When NG releases a new version they would have to reset the replays because changing for example how the chainsaw worked in the last update obviously invalidates the replay.
2. Add friends: Somehow you can do this already by linking a social account, but you can't add people you are in the same guild as. What does having friends actually do? Can you see/like their activity or progression? Obviously with replays you'd want that here too. You'd also want achievements (ones that actually matter and are cool, not the "Joined a guild" type ones).
3. Improve the in-game guild chat: Allow much longer messages, tagging people to get them actual phone notifications, pin/unpin messages, unsend messages in guild chat. Separate the normal guild chat from a GW chat that only lasts as long as the battle so that people who aren't in the current battle don't get flooded. Also allow sharing GW replays only to the GW chat or normal guild chat, so guild members can learn from each other (sharing both wins to show others and losses to get feedback). The guild chat was good enough before GW, but with GW guilds need external chats like Discord, Line etc. This is something that adds a threshold. How about a new shooter weapon that when used on a charged attack it fires a spiked grenade at its intended target...this spiked grenade will explode with the force similar to a grenadier after x number of turns or when the same target is shot again.Co Leader of Trinity.

@Karajoca here are a few ideas on n LT changes.
Jerry - Lt can be left alone however allow the DR to be stacked with badges and gear allowing for it to go past the 80% max. Leaving it as a % like it is on if it kicks in and must be next to Jerry for it to work.
Carol - LT adjust her critical to a guarantee head shot instant kill shot at the same % tiers currently set ( doesn’t work on metal heads or spike walkers)
Gabriel - LT both dodge and other traits % needs a large boost
Abe - LT should be changed to health % and stun resistance % with the chance to move a space.
I like the sniper idea , however the one shot head shot kill shot to any walker besides metal and spikes can be given to the shooter class as a new LT for a NEW hero they introduce say Judith
The shooter class needs a major bump in abilities. This could be the way to do it.

Let us dictate where our Punish goes.Too often we punish attack already stunned walkers and have non stunned there.Or attack 2 walkers when 3 was an option.We should decide the direction!!!!

Merle LT: introduce dual wielding with Merle since he has a built in melee weapon arm or extra attack
Spawn piles make no sense in that if you were in the zombie apocalypse and saw a pile of corpses, you'd go over to it and stab them all in the head. Make that an option -- a mechanic to deal with or block spawns, particularly in GWs.

The idea with stopping body piles is actually a good idea, make it like 1-2 turns to stop a body pile from spawing. "Stab them all" or whatever you gonna call it
