Videos disappeared in the game.

Hello, my videos disappeared in the game, I already performed several procedures trying to solve, I reset the Google Ad ID, I cleared the Game and Play Store Cache, I cleared the data,  I uninstalled the game and installed it again, restarted my phone ... Anyway, nothing solved and I don't know what else to do, does anyone have a solution?

    Yes it is! TV ads don't work. In many in the Guild on android, on ios works @Fluxxx

    Yes, this seems to be an Android issue from discussions with players on two Discord channels. Including players from different countries etc. No issues reported for ios users.

    Hey guys, thanks for your reports! We're looking into this now. The cause is unknown, but there's a chance that it's an issue with our ad provider, in which case it could either get fixed very soon OR last until next week. I'll keep you updated if we find out more.

    Chill bro. Commercial breaks are not a human right.

    There are human beings working on the other side who didn't cause this error but has to fix it. Now they have to read your toxic attitude as well.

    While I don't agree with the tone, (really chill bro) @Pardus isn't wrong to be upset.

    Those are valuable free resources many of us are currently being denied while the rest keep on stacking.

    Compensation, while not exactly a right, would be a reasonable action in my opinion in this situation

    I’m a IOS user but I demand a compensation too. Many of my players are suffering this Ads abstinence syndrome and this stressed me, because I’m really close to them. 
    So, my soul can be restored with 10000 units of gold, or gas, or radios.

    Our ad provider has made this a priority, though it's out of our control so I can't say when it will be fixed.

    @all, please check to see if ads are working again.  The Sherriff says the issue was fixed.

    I see you removed my screenshot of the  add, It seems its not appropriate to post such things in this forum, but it is ok to get adds with that sort of content ?

    What I want to know, @fluxxx, is why NG caches your ads on our device even if we don't watch them. I sifted through the files and it's full of ad data even though I haven't watched any ads in over a year. I'm almost out of space on my phone and I think it's irritating for you to cache ad data automatically.

    @LoneWanderer360 Do you have personalized ads turned on? I think if you toggle it off in your settings, and clear your cache then it should stop doing that, though I'm not 100% sure. Currently, we do not handle how our ad provider stores/loads ads, though this might change very soon with the IDFA
