If you trash canned him, no. But you can get similar and better survivors by completing missions and making radio calls.

I've deleted mine like years ago.. without realizing they won't pop up sometime in the future..
I hope they bring them back somehow sometime, maybe as a part of an event, for old players who retired them.. -

I'm too lazy to find it, but there was a rather ambitious player who started an alternative account to build up the original survivors. So many tokens and re-rolls were used. I want to say it was @Movado, but I can't say for sure.
