Contact game support

Hi guys,

I've accidentailly "bought" a weapon in the Black Market store. I just wanted to look at it and woops - it was mine. I've contacted the support several times (mail and in-game) to maybe undo this purchase, but they didn't reply at all. It's been 4 days so far. 

From your experience: is it normal that they need a couple of days to reply? Do they always reply?

    Same thing happened to me, somehow purchased  shooter Armour, contacted them in game 4 days ago and had no reply :-(

    Hopefully they change it so it asks you to confirm your purchase.   Another change I'd like to see is to confirm when unlocking heroes.  I accidentally unlocked T-Dog the other day. I'm only at level 22 heroes and I really did not want to level him all the way up!  A simple yes or no "Do you want to unlock T-Dog today? " confirmation click would be awesome,  this is the second time I've done it now!

    I unlocked two heroes this way, and it upset me, but this is way worse. I hope they prioritize this issue and give you a refund.

    I did not get my gold back for my finger slip as it was second accidental purchase with gold that happened to me during 5+ years of playing this game. This sucks big time. UX design is just so poor that its not possible to avoid fingerslips. I could understand and accept the no-refund decision if there was some confirmation and i confirmed it. I expect NG support to reconsider their decision once more. Hopefully @Fluxxx can help here.

    Can you respond to this thread.  I posted a concern in the Black Market Deals thread and would like to know if contacting customer support will help rectify the situation.  Not having a confirm button in the Black Market is a mistake and players should be given one mulligan if their actions are in error.

    Today i tapped RGG's store to enter and in the same push i purchased a legendary gold fragment for 350 gold. This reminds me of the issue we had before in the TG store where one push would make you buy tokens with TG and at the same time with gold.

    I obviously didn't want to make any gold purchase. In fact that's gold that is to be used for a distance boost in the campaign.

    The same thing. When will they already enter the purchase confirmation?! What's the problem with doing this everywhere?!
