Winter flare gun in current GW shop has lower dmg than other shooter weapons.
Is is a bug or deliberate action?

Realy? I bought it from GW shop. But lower damage?My other shooter weapons have also 6.503 base damage. I think the Merle one is boosted or Merle gives damage bonus.Proud member of WEIRDnDEADLY

I think this has to be a bug, my original flare gun is also showing the newly buffed damage but the GW version still a little lower.

It appears to be fixed now.

After blossom update, shooter weapons have 6.864 base damage.
