This is a small part of what happened yesterday. Technical support did not get in touch. We did not count some islands and lost three attacks. This is of course a beta war, but I am convinced that the resources need to be returned to the players who did the war test yesterday for their money. Thanks for attention. @Fluxxx @Lexia @zbot @Vane

then 18B open again but sector score wasn't changed
only when we completed 17D and fight end sector scores change to 4440

I suggest that the developers test this beta mode on their own. Let them take the tools, they'll get them for free, after we start playing all the bugs.

Hi everyone! I just commented on this in another thread, but in short, the reason that this is tricky for us to address is that bugs caused by server issues are much more complex than regular “in-game” bugs. More specifically, the issues are caused by ‘memory leaks’ when the game and the server communicate with each other.
It’s difficult to find a direct fix, which is why we experimented with scaling up our servers to see if it would mitigate the bugs. One good thing is that we’ve seen a few of the known bugs to be fixed (eg. the “Absent” issue). In the upcoming couple of weeks, we will try another solution - a significant update to our server platform, which we hope will fix some, if not all, memory leak cases.
I do want to apologise for this and I'd like to advise the players experiencing this to submit a support ticket for each case with as many details as they can give. Support will then take a closer look and take actions accordingly.
