    Not sure if playing single mission works for those who just aren't visible, but it definetely don't work when whole team is absent.
    Lot of players already used their moves and time, but I think the only rational solution is to cancel whole game week and just compensate everyone with RP (500 for example).
    It's 15:35 for most of European countries and it still don't work, meanwhile lot of people will need to go sleep in about 8 hours as it's a middle of the week, so even if it's fixed now they'll need to waste much more gold than while having 5 more playing hours.
    It's summer time too, so unlocking Tuesday players as they can play at other day will be unfair too. People have real life plans already.

    We had 10 players signed up for today and it is showing Absent for all of us. We have all been allowed to sign up for a different day. 

    I really prefer to play GW on Tuesdays since there is not anything else going on. Oh well. Hope it is fixed soon.

    There are new problems: most likely, everyone who was not shown at the beginning of the Guild War cannot duplicate (kill all walkers) in the same way, other players cannot join them in the mission if these guys entered the first, plus these players cannot  repeat mission for red gas ...

    The i competence is beyond a joke.

    Hi again,

    Thank you for sending reports of this issue to support, as well as sharing about them here.

    It seems like some guilds that had the issue on Tuesday have been able to play today, but also some that are still having the issue today. In a few cases it seemed to have helped to play another mission first to access GW (a bit unclear if this was the case for someone just not showing in the GW scoreboard, or being 'Absent' completely).

    For those seeing different amounts of participants in GW - it seems like a visual bug and matchmaking still looks to work correctly and players signed up have been able to play normally.

    For the 'Absent' issue - initial investigation showed nothing wrong in-game or with the servers, so we are going more in-depth with the investigation today.

    If you notice something new in regards to this, don't hesitate to share. I'll keep you all posted as soon as I have more to share.

    we have the same problem too!!

    2nd day absent issue and no feedback from the support! The answer „… nothing wrong in-game or with the servers, so we are going more in-depth with the investigation today.“ is funny but not correct :(

    It is showing us as absent and we cannot launch the battle. Restarting or playing other missions does not work. Today is Wednesday and we should not be forced to take a loss or miss out on rewards points because of the Developer's failures.

    The "ABSENT" problem could just be rectified by giving those affected players the option of playing on another day (if even possible) or a determined number of reward points. It is extremely difficult for most guilds to coordinate and schedule which members play on which days and I see this is not a problem that is affecting all guilds currently.

    We are a small guild with 3 a 4 active GW players but this week every day absent and write ourself in for the next day.

    There is possibility, but when you have 20 active players then you need 4 fully occupied days, if want to play in full teams, 10/10.
    Average age in our guild is 30+ and everyone have personal life - work, kids, friends and just real life plans.
    If you have 6 days, it's ok - someone want weekends, other prefer beginning of the week and everyone find its place, but when you have all 20 people signed in and need to relocate 10 people to a different day, then there's a problem. Someone can't play at Friday, second one have BBQ at Saturday (and plan to have hangover at Sunday :D ), someone else have tough task at job at Thursday and after all you need to ask few people, if they can swap their days.
    Then realize one another day is taken...

    Maybe I missed it, but I’m not seeing any direct comments related to users not having any access at all to the Guilds, which would explain the absent players. I’ve been talking to my Guildmates on our Discord and we have several experiencing this issue. 

    We all see this message below when trying to do anything Guild related - even to join a Guild. Going to be very disappointed if I can’t shop the GW store. For debugging I went so far as to do a full delete of the game and reinstalled. While able to reconnect to my profile I was still unable to access anything Guild related.

    So not only has the matchmaking been beyond ridiculous this season, I mean where we are lucky to get 1 win a week ridiculous, did the rest of us get lumped into your airplane mode ban that most of us have never even heard of or used, because my guild has been absent now for two days, even though signed up. This last update has got to be the worst I've ever seen with all the nerfs and borked up problems.

    Your guildmates might have been affected by the "reload loop" bug if they played Last Stand, so NML app just keeps reloading.

    I think the problem is bigger than they think. According to my game I don’t belong to a guild and also cannot join one. I reinstalled the game with the same
    exact result.  Something is terribly wrong.
