Critical bug in GW scoring

I am the leader of Red Machine, the biggest guild in Russian community and the champion of last two seasons of GW. 

Today we faced with outraging bug in our principle battle with Wild Walking (WW), another guild from GW top. 

In the fight today both teams have aced maximum VP possible, having closed all hardest locations without losses. However, the error in the game granted WW additional 52 VP! It is not the first time when such erro occur. We also saw it in previous seasons.

I believe it is huge disrespect to your community! NG reports multimillion revenues but fails to fix such obviuos errors! The only response that could be received from your techsupport is oops, sorry, couple of RP (we don't need it, really!), and the main explanation: THIS IS BETA-VERSION.

Guys, you have been feeding us with "beta-version" for 2 years. We donate you a lot of real, not beta-version, money! Much more money than we have ever spend on other computer games. Show some respect and care!

Find a way to bring justice to GW scoring. In our case, RM and WW deserved a draw. Please make corrections to result score!!!

If you ignore this call, it could be the last season of Red Machine guild, a lot of our players do not want to play this unfair and disrepectful gamble.

    just to make it clear, 10564 is the absolute maximum score that could be earned by team of 7 players.

    Totally agree with Fragcandance. Dear developers and their representers, it stops to be fun for a long long time ago, I (and not only I) lose the last wish to be involved into these processes. It's too much expensive and too small pleasant!

    It is sad that such a glitch happened in such an important battle. We've had 2 bugs this week where a player lost a sword due to a similar issue where he was kicked out of a map only to be told by the blue lights that he was still playing. We had another where a player joined a level 49 map with the plan to play it later, only to find himself at the camp screen. Whilst both cost us points thankfully it didn't affect the outcome of the battle. 

    If NG wants to look into the incident I can tell you nearly exactly what time it happened at - this is UK GMT. Also just in case anyone accuses me or anyone else associated with WW of foul play. It was a hard fought battle that sadly ended sourly, commiseration to RM ✌

    Many players have already left the game due to these bugs. Soon other players will leave too if such bugs are repeated. When will we be able to see normal Guild Wars without the Beta?

    I'm sure there's a joke about Russian roulette to be made but I'm too sour as a player to find any humor in this game anymore.

    Developers who don't deserve their game community eventually don't have one.

    I don't want more new content. I want existing content to be better. I want existing content to be more affordable. I think this sentiment seems pretty widespread from what I see here, on Line, and on discord.

    With the arrival of the horse-faced woman, things got even worse. The developers are crooked and probably dumb enough to fix existing bugs. For a long period of time, the community has been feeding a shit called Guild Wars.
    In a word, a fagot game mode.

    Exactly! I wonder if developers could provide some transparent workflow on fixing of bugs. I.e. somewhere on this website. So that we could find a list of known issues and see the progress in fixing it.

    Dear NG! @Lexia @Fluxxx @zbot This is unacceptable.  If you cannot configure the mode without error, then such errors need to be corrected manually.   Giving everyone 25 gold is not an option. Players fight to win, to enjoy the game, the results.  You're taking that away from them! Players spend money and the most expensive is time!!!!.  Something needs to be done or close this mode to hell. Thanks and sorry for my French.😜

    I think NG still isn't aware of how much time and energy guilds put into this mode, and how frustrating is it when everything isn't running smoothly and perfect. Yes, you need to have this kind of mode absolutely perfect made in terms of scoring,ranking, playing and with ability to immediately fix mistakes and bugs that occur. Not able to do it ? Then simply don't run it at all. Concentrate on, and improve something you can handle. 

    Months ago it happened to TLOU, yesterday to RM tomorrow will be someone else. All goes in circle, and hit you when you least expect it. I can make a list of 50 names of great players who quit game just in last year, and i am among them. I would lie if i say i don't miss it, but it is also SUCH A HUGE RELIEF to not have to bother and think about all the nonsense and glitches that happens on daily basis in this game.

    After two days, none of the developers bothered to provide an answer. This is an indicator of the attitude towards the players. I propose to declare a boycott of the Guild War regime.

We’re sorry that this happened to you and your guild 😞 We are currently looking into this, and will aim to share more as soon as possible either here or directly with the affected guild/members. You are right that this result is very unfair towards you, unfortunately, we are not able to change the score or result of matches manually, but we will compensate the participants with resources used for the battle as well as the missing RP. 


    As a general note for all - while I understand issues/bugs can at times be annoying and frustrating, I would still like to emphasise the importance of constructive feedback and appropriate behaviour. This goes for all relevant platforms, incl. the Forum and support. If you are not able to share a thought/concern/critic/feedback without the use of eg. vulgar language, then I suggest not posting anything and to get back on the matter when you are able to correspond in a constructive way.


    We are here because we want discuss and go through things together with you, but that does not excuse toxic and insulting behaviour towards the team, staff, or any other member on the Forum.

Этой ошибке минимум полгода, она повторяется минимум третий раз, и каждый раз это ОЧЕНЬ СУЩЕСТВЕННО влияет на положение сил в режиме, который большинство гильдий выделяет особую важность в Вашей игре. Как Вы считаете, как люди должны на это реагировать? Терпение всех на пределе, и это абсолютно ясно для всех, и в первую очередь должны понимать вы. По факту мы имеем то что вы НЕ В СОСТОЯНИИ исправить этот баг. Ну и??? С уважением, Вастич.

    With regards to the construct, you cannot make a normally working game mode for several years. What is stopping you from doing this? You show no respect for the players, you take money from the players, and in return you cannot give normal content. You hear only excuses, only words, not any actions.

    If you can't change the score in the ranking, then you need to do a lot of work and count all the points manually. After that, release the official news in the game with an honest rating of guild Wars season 11. If you don't know how to do this, then I'll tell you a secret, the guys are already doing it, and I'm sure if you ask them, they will help you restore justice. It's another thing if you don't want to do it!? The choice is yours, gentlemen NG. Think about it. Thanks .
