Discrimination of heroes on class

Could NG provide more equal opportunities for radiocalls for different classes? There was no Warrior-class call (for 25 radio) for a long (or even never?). Some players want to upgrade warriors (Jesus, Michonne, now maybe Ezekiel).  
Maybe just you can arrange special radiocall for class with the week when this class starts charged? For a example, Warrior week, all warriors charged, warrior call available? With higher chances for popular warriors, of cause:)
