Every combination can be effective in different maps/scenarios. But to say Sasha is ineffective and PMY is better is incorrect.

They all have moments. But SMY is proving to be the most effective combination.

NG isn’t forcing us to use characters. They are giving us the opportunity to gain an extra star.

If you don’t want to test yourself with the selected star hero, run your normal teams then.

LB means nothing these days, nothing’s recorded, it wipes after 2 weeks. You don’t gain extra Round Passes with it so you can keep that going and wait for Star hero that tickles your fancy.

And your topic of tools has nothing to do with it. A lot of players don’t use them as much now, you need to stop worrying about a silly star count. So many people get wrapped up in challenge stars and become sour when something could effect it.

Man i don't care about this i don't pass the round 39! Jajaja. Just i can't understand people here who wants NG do something and when NG do something start to argument!

The real challenge would be getting an extra star when no hero is used.

Good or bad depends on if they changed the challenge rewards.

i like the star heroes because it stimulates using different teams.
If the rewards stay the same it is an improvement.

but because with most star heroes you can not finish the challenge without a huge amount of tools it will be a big debuff if things like legendary components, reforce tokens, reroll tokens require more stars then now.
i just passed 4000 stars for the first time and was so haqppy with those rewards. if i would not get them next time i pass 4000 just because the star hero is not sasha or princess i will be angry and disapointed because that would just make solo play p2w. all the time.

exited to see Beta as the first star-hero. i love playing with him and do a lot of early maps with him. but he can not be used on the high maps with spans every turn and lots of tanks and spikies. he is a good hero, useful on many maps if the challenge is the same as last time it came around.
this will realy show of its possible to get to legendary components etc without the use if tools with a melee hero.

Oh yeah, they changed the rewards for sure. Looks like they have been reduced on the whole.
