Question when you reinstall how to you remove it. When I select the app I have the option to delete the app. Is this the way to do it?

Same problem. Start the game 3-4 times and it works. Just a workaround.

ое последнее наблюдение. Игра не вылетает, а сворачивает в фон. Похоже на проблемы с разрешением или поворотом экрана. Принуждение моего телефона поворачиваться в широкое горизонтальное положение вручную во время загрузки выглядит многообещающе для меня. Сделайте так все работает

we well that lasted long. Worked after I reinstalled it, next time I tried its gone again.

ok a temp fix
reported by a guild mate go to settings - walking dead - and turn ff notifucations
game working on all Accounts ans devices. Turn notifications back in and it stops
so leave off for now

We've seen a few now test this out, and turning the notifications off seems to allow the game to work normally. We're already taking a closer look at this on our end.
Those testing this out, could you share if the above action helps? -

My notifications were already switched off, and the game is still stuck at "killing walkers". Switching the ipad off an back on and changing notifications from off to on also did not help one bit.Summarising this thread: several users reporting the issue. No work around seems to alleviate the problem. Users reporting the issue via the Next Games support get a standard reply: "we're working on it". No solution as of yet by Next Games. Does that sum it up...? -

I don't know how much testing you do before release but I see a few issues on updates.
If you need testers let me know, I have been in IT for years, have multiple devices etc and dont want anything to help. would just like working updates not like the week when I spend a lot of time get online and lose rewards because things dont work/ -
Eventually, I had an email back off support.
Yes the update has affected iOS users.
I did the usual uninstall etc etc..
I can get on game intermittently, so when I do, I stay on as long as I can..
Following all the idea's that everyone has given thanks guys..
I even went into a room with bad wifi and tried loading the game. When I took another screenshot of the black screen, the game loaded
I have faith that the devs are looking into this.. Well done guys..
But seriously these things should not happen in this day and age. A little testing goes a long way..

Nope, my issues was stuck on the blank first loading screen, so far no other issues will see later

Quick update on the matter - the team is currently in the process of investigating a fix for the issue with iOS players games not starting. Since it seems it is related to the game notifications, this was unfortunately not something that was possible to find before release (in other words, during testing).
Until we are able to deploy a fix, please try the following steps, which has proven to help most of the players with the same issue:
- Re-install The Walking Dead: No Man's Land
- Go to your Device Settings, Notifications and then turn OFF all notifications for the game completely (make sure you do not have the game open at the same time)
We’ll look into compensations later for those affected by this. I’ll also aim to update here when we further progress and have more information on the matter.

Big thank you to @Gobold69 and @Governator for your help. (A lot better that NG support team) I got back into the game but lost my 24 hour gas and Xp (used 1/2 hour of it lol). Again BIG thank you

You say you couldn’t find it during testing, what were you testing on? If you test in a iOS device then you would have notifications and would have seen the issue
i already offered to test. And for free! So please tell me what did your use to test the game on for iOS? -

I think about 6000 flares will be appropriate compensation, considering my phone nearly ended up in my neighbours garden yesterday.

I have the same problem. I can't enter the game. I uninstalled it and installed it again and is the same. The game doesn't load. I can't play since yesterday after the update. How do they know to compensate me if I can't enter the game and send a ticket?

yes I did, @zbot and is the same. i am stuck on this screen. nothing happens.

People who haven't been able to play up to now (who don't buy fuel) will have lost a possible LOT of stars meaning no crates/tokens/xp etc.
Compensation for those where the work around hasn't worked really will have to be special, fuel doesn't make up for hero tokens and tools. -

Can confirm. Turning off notifications for the game on IOS, makes it work without crashing
