    My game's not loading, the bar on the title screen fills, then it keeps saying 'Gathering supplies' and 'building base' but not progressing beyond that point. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling; the game loads, but if I try to use my saved game, it goes the same way, doesn't load. My wife's game and profile seems to work OK.
       Is this the same issue?

    Exactly the same with me and my guild. With some it works, with others it does not work.

    Same here. Could connect this morning around 9:30 (Brussels time). Then tried to again around 1:30pm, no success. Tried on my iPad & iPhone, same issue. Tried reinstall on iPhone 15 minutes ago, no luck there either.

    Totally agree. Furthermore, I'm not only worried about the lost stars, but especially about the round passes. I finish the challenge every week and am in the local top 100 every week. Without 26 round passes this is not feasible. Also, keep in mind that some, like me have time on Saturdays and not on Sundays. A reaction from the staff would be nice in any case.

    Someone managed to open the game from Turkye.
    Maybe if the russians are going there for holidays they dont mess with the connection in that country.

    Hmmm my game is working fine, just the walkers are not letting me in. They want me to build the camp and gather supplies for eternity

    No doubt NG will be seeking compensation for the outage.
    I bet it will be more than what us players will receive..
    Unfortunately I have to stop trying to get on the game, and spend time with the family.
    Hopefully the problem will be resolved tomorrow when I try to log on in the morning and send a ticket for the tokens I will have missed out on today..
    I am sure many more players will be doing the same...
    I do think that it has been a poor show from the MODS with only one explanation in another thread...
