    So will we get compensated for any and all lost seasonal tokens @Fluxxx? Just curious. Max I can get today is 60 (for daily and in shop), but I would hate it if I can't get it without having to boost Distance for a 3rd time. I've already boosted twice. I shouldn't have to boost again as this is out of my control.

    Really hope people get credited for the season tokens depending on how long this outage lasts.

    Again, terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused to everyone. Please submit a ticket in the case of wasted items, such as boosters, or missed tokens. I know it's extra hassle, but we cannot track these cases accurately on a mass-scale 🙏
    It may take until Monday to process them, though, please bear with us.

    I got a put a ticket in now for my losses?  What a way to not run a company!

    Only 1 response from NG and a passed on message and they want only those who lost to put in a ticket pathetic despise we all lost our

    after Years of bugs, crashes and nerfs here’s what I’m thinking, I’ll check where I am Monday and probably hit delete and put in a refund request for my last payment 2 weeks ago

    One reason to look for compensation is...I was going to finish my task for my 30 tokens during that time period. I worked late into the night and was unable to grab my tokens in the morning.

    Disappointed I couldn't grab the 30, but it won't stop me from getting Herchel. Since I am able to spend another 400 gold to boost distance for a 3rd time. 

    I did submit a ticket.

    5 hours on the beach, could give you how many radios?

    Mine was down for 10hrs..
    I spend 14hrs or more per day on game..
    Yes, I spend my time wisely though. I ma:joy: sure I am constantly getting the 1hr refresh for crates.. Plus we are on RADIOACTIVE event so missed out on god knows how many radios..
    I worked my butt off this morning trying to get the 60 tokens from yesterday before today's refresh..
    Just spent 4hrs at hospital having MRI.. But that's by the by lol..
    Yes I will send a ticket asking for the radios.. They will probably only give me 20  :o and tell me to sod off and get a life..
    I also spent 1000 BM tokens on 24hr gas.. So wasted those too..

Because we know many lost time to gather radios, complete missions, earn tokens, etc., we are providing all players 100 radios, 100 gold, and 100 campaign tokens as compensation. We are also extending the Radioactive Weekend Event to Tuesday, 26 June to end right before the Challenge begins. We value your participation as players and will do what we can to prevent this from happening again. Thank you."

    It was a free event you lost nothing from it. It wasn't even next games fault so why should they compensate. People are greedy. I use to play wow which you paid monthly and if there was maintenance could be down for 6h plus, You wouldn't beg for anything you haven't gained.

    We have now sent out compensation to all players who were affected by this issue on Saturday, as well as extended Radioactive by 24 hours.
