Firstable I have to say how upset i 'm.

Yesterday i wrote a subject for the first time on this forum. It 's been deleted...
I was talking about the problems ungoing... Maybe in the wrong part of the forum but i was not against my subject to find an other place to find an answer under the supervision of an administrator. But the one how wrote it just decided to deleted... Did he think my anger would disapear with this? english is not my langage. It takes me time to write... If i do it it's because i feel the need of this...

Fortunately i have a copy... So i post it again. You will see that my subject respect the condition of use of this forum.

"I would like to talk quietly of what's happening today... It's the first time i speak on this forum.
I read lots of things on french forum with lots of angry players talking about stopping playing anymore to this game. Some of them speak aggressively to your support. I'm not sure it help.
I play this game for 2 years and never saw this situation. I enjoy watching video of the new développement of the game and start playing melee with pleasure after to much time playing with sacha, princesse and yumiko. I offen pay for weapon to be able to grow faster... But this time, with everything happening 3 weeks in a raw, i think we can wait for an explanation on what happen. Bbecause it's just worst week after weeks. Do we have to put this kind of dysfonction on the acquisition of NG by Netflix? Holidays are not the only reason...
I would like to ask also for a real compensation. I saw everything you purpose. Radioactive event/ Freegaz/ double XP. But There is lot to lose with not having our pass of round. Our guild will not succeed to have as much star as usual (so less talkies..) and we won't perform to reach all the star (so less badge and talkies). Even with radioactive event there is lot to waste because we won't spend our time on the game to reach as much talkies as usual...
Regardless of your will, some will receved more because of unequal pass of round.
maybe the right things to do is to give everybody the total rewards of a challenge. The situation is novel, let's give a daring answer! try to reconcile yourself with players...
I wish you to find how to fix this quickly for players to find again the taste of the game."

@Shezza10 Yes, but I do spend gold on healing. Usually I purchase gold for GW and Challenge. So it will stop some from buying resources. Thanks.

It is helpful when you decide to make a post to at least take a quick glance at the top subjects of the day to see if someone has already started a thread with your subject. Yesterday there were many many many players starting new threads about the same thing and this is why @zbot started merging threads to clean it up.

Believe it or not it use to be worse. @Teeceezy and his crew of misfits one time advertised a Rufus Jug based on video and testing that did not produce body shots. A lot of us bought it and upgraded being thankful for the weapon. Then they decided they were going to change the parameters of the weapon well passed the point we could get a return. Lied that that there was no proof that it did not produce body shots until a poster proved it. Then said "It was sold as advertised" Stood by that lie forever with 0 compensation.

This is an improvement over time trust me. Then again @Teeceezy was community manager and let a snake like @zbot run over people back then but now there is at least some justice.

Btw for those of you who do not know @zbot banned a guy named @DLich publicly on general chat, made a comment about it and closed the chat. That was the old days. Never apologized for it instead the forum manager at the time had to for him due to his lack of spin.

Things are way better so take the booster and farm a bit

i understand that having to play a whole Challenge without Round Passes could be unexpected… and boring, when you are use to play with RP…

…but answer to this now: Round Passes are now the only reason to lock you playing this damn game otherwise you would have quitted it yet?
If the answer is “Yes” ..you should have stopped it before because you are totally burned and you are playing a game you hate.

Stop it please and enjoy life!

2nd: about your post: I think most of the players here saw enough bugs in game, and in my opinion most of us are still writing, reading and still playing patiently and accept excuses of ng.
yes, the missed round passes hurt. But I think, that's only one point. The main for me is this "compensation", which is far away from an appropriate one. Mistakes can happen, no question. Even if I still like the game, it becomes difficult to understand, why should I play many more hours than I want, only because ng produces bugs without an end (series, guildwars, challenge).
I would like to see ng give all an excuse in form of eg. 26 roundpasses and all challenge rewards FOR ALL after this challenge.
this would make me happy ;-)

It’s really strange how differently we all pitch our expectations of a game, or what we think playing that game means we’re entitled to expect in return, and the vitriol which comes out when those expectations aren’t met.

Are there any sociologists here? Could someone explain what’s going on?

I have been playing this game for almost 7 years, what have I not seen? 😄
And I am still happily playing and enjoying the game because of my passion and dedication to a game I really love playing.

Just because last week was a really easy challenge and everyone got many RP, so this week feels like a waste of time starting from round 1? That's funny isn't it? 😂 Which game doesn't require time to play? Wasting time and resources don't sound like playing a game to earn virtual rewards.

In the past, the game didn't even have round passes and master missions to begin with. And we played through 5 days without much rewards. It's nice to reminisce those good memories once in a while.

Take things easy and be happy. Playing a game is not supposed to be frustrating. If anyone feels that way, then you are playing the wrong game. Retire and play something else 🥂

I believe most of the complaints are about adequate compensation for lost passes and the fact most will not reach the decent rewards we usually do, rather than the actual playing of the game (although the grind is definitely more real this week).
Unfortunately it’s evident now that NG are ignoring all our posts, believe they have provided adequate comp and are now hoping this all blows over quickly and we will just forget about it. It’s happened before and will definitely happen again.

i understand you.. but shit happens. i started playing this the last day of October 2015 ..so i think i've seen ALL the bugs we had 😂😂😂 .. I've met also years of generations of players furious and confused. This is the game we have and we will have even more bugs in the future.. as @Governator said..

..i'm even more curious for the next bug than the game itself…😂😂😂… finally also you could agree with me that being there playing the same game for 7 years is a bit..”sinister”… so being still here has nothing to do with the game itself and has more to do with some addiction syndrome or distopic perception of reality 😜 …or too much love for this game!

But that's growing pains of a 7 years old mobile game continuously re-adapted on-the-fly to meet our ever changing needs and desires.

@Lexia I'm curious if there's a mechanic to grant stars to players? If not maybe there should be?

Example:
Little Jimmy's game glitched out and he lost challenge stars (for some reason X).

Staff can just award him ±200 stars and he's back on track?

In the case of this week's debacle, you could just give the entire community +400 stars and we'd all be good to go. Thoughts? @Fluxxx

Probably I am the worst, because I was never furious about the game. I don't believe in getting upset over a game. Can't remember the exact day I started playing but should be somewhere near the end of October 2015.

The only time I felt a bit sad was my 2 legendary survivors died permanently and the memorial is always there to remind me 😂

How time flies. I am probably also one of the few here who are contented with the compensation. It doesn't matter, I am happy ☺️

The compensation to me was basically just 10 grenades. I don’t have extra time to make use of a gas booster. I’ve never purchased one and never will because the time I have each week doesn’t change due to family and RL.

Lol 😂 Here's mine. I lost a bruiser and shooter on the same day and they were my best survivors at that time 😂

After that, I never touched the deadly mission anymore 😂
