I've not had 1 charge point yet on assault (Mercer) if they're crippled, on fire etc, Yumi and Carol are charging but not him??

Mercer won't charge off of Guardian Carol's leader trait. Princess will based upon hers.

Absolutely does. Use ROAR and you’ll recharge frequently.

I can confirm Mercer charges well with GC lead and RAR, one shot on bbq and fully charged.
