    that's a pain for everyone not only for Turkish players. Consider how hard is to setup a solid 20 players guild… losing now forever long time guildmates is a big damage for all the guilds

    After the update Turkish players are having issues. We don't think this issue belongs to hardware or ISP as we all have different setups. Need support from NG to investigate.

    me too. i think i will deinstall this game, if they dont fix the problem.

    Dear TWD NML Community,

    After the recent update, I (also many more Turkish players) haven't been able to login to the game.

    NG clearly stated that this is not their mistake, but our mistake (or our ISP's mistake that we can't connect to the servers, really don't ask my honest opinion on this).
    I know Turkish players are not big spenders, but I can't understand how easily NG can give up on a country totally.

    Definitely the day would come where I would stop playing but the way currently it ended, I am really upset.

    I have met with many people from this community who helped & supported me. We had nice time together, will miss the game.

    P.S. Don't forget to spend money on the game, or NG may give up on you...

    Thanks to NG support team they find the root cause of the issue, now I can login to the game.
    I need to say this, maybe you should think twice before blaming players for an issue without a proper investigation at your end.

    I am not very knowledgeable about these type of tech issues, so I don't know if this would help or not, but would using a VPN help?

    Are the Turkish players able to play again or are some still having issues? I am wondering, does using a VPN make any difference?

    Some of them can play, we tried to reach out to as many as we can to.

    Language pack is the issue that NG support team informed me. When you change the phone's language, game loads as usual.

You can understand the seriousness of the problem from the google play comments. If the game has been closed from Turkey, let us know and we will delete it. have a nice day.

    Have you tried changing the language on your phone to English? This has fixed the bug in the mean time

    Thank you for reporting this to us and all the steps how to make it happen. We were able to reproduce it on our devices following those shared steps.

    This should now be fixed and you should be able to load your game as usual. If you can't, please contact our player support.

    I just want to share my comments on this issue. First of all after the update I can login to the game as usual, and some of friends also reported the same. I heard some players are still having the issue but I will not talk about this right now as I don't have much information.

    - When I check the TR leaderboard, I only see 48 players had a score last week. I assume we have hundrends of players playing the game actively, but you know the numbers better than me. I just want to ask if there will be a compensation for this issue.
    - I think there are also lessons learned from this issue in terms of communication. Although the issue was reported by many people, NG was in denial and blaming TR connection or ISPs in the beginning. Surprisingly at the same time NG support was giving me advice on how to solve it. So I think before fully investigating the issue, NG shouldn't use strict expressions which would upset or demotivate or annoy the players.
    - When the temp fix was found, why this wasn't communicated here (or any alternative communication method NG can use). This would help some players and reach out more people through them.
    - Although it is not important as others, I found funny that this issue is listed as "minor fix" where a total nation was left out from the game. 

    Anyway, thanks for the support and help from NG to fix the issue.

    We have the same glitches here in Greece too, even after the new 5.5.fix (???)

    Hi @888, our apologies for making you feel that you were given up on - that is certainly not the case. We had multiple issues whose symptoms were the same, so it is likely that your case was treated as a different issue. Regardless, we have managed to fix it now, and you should be able to play now - we're also looking into compensations to make up for the time that you were locked away.

    @DiElEl this was one of the other issues, and is still under investigation at the moment. We are able to fix players manually for now - so you should be good to. If there's more that you want to follow-up based on this issue, please do so through in-game support. For others experiencing this issue, please get in touch with support as well.
