How long does it take to recover an account

I have been waiting for 24 hours and not even a response

    It depends when you submitted the in game support request, I know support is backed up with the issues from update 5.5.  Also please note that support operates on Easter European Summer Time (right now it's Tuesday 3:58am).

    So do i wait for bugs to be fixed.That will take months. Every day costs me progression on the pass. I certainly hope there is somebody looking at this issue very soon.

    Players(not only one !!!) have problem to recover account and they must wait copule days....

    Still not resolved 48 hours later. Progression on pass and anniversary is jeopardized with every passing day. At how much money we spend support should be top notch.

    I lost my game because of this new update and I’m still waiting . 2 days. And they said to me to save the game and come back to say when it’s saved. I did, saved the game to connect to the Game Center , but than the one I was talking up in “contact “ and “help” was gone , so I had to again do another “contact” and “help”. Does that mean I have to wait 2 another days? They said they found my game . I really hope that is true. Because if not? I’m gone forever. I will not start over this game again from level one. I put sometimes money into this game. For what..

    yep me too
    both my accounts lost and back to beginning of game. 
    Someone needs to make this a priority to be resolved in technical department. 
    Very very slow to respond and it’s been since Sunday afternoon I first submitted a ticket to support.

    I have sent ticket in game Sunday evening and still no recovery. Worried and disappointed with the lack of response. At lvl 78 and having spent lots of time and money on the game I feel let down. Something is amiss with NextGames.

    Please help … 4th day and still nothing…very slow response

    they just send me a message…
    Your original/lost game progress is still connected to your Game Center account. Do these steps make sure you are connected with your right  AppleID and Game Center and wait for game to prompt to load previous game. I have done this on Sunday and waiting…..

    Is getting ridiculous. 

    4 days after logging a ticket for lost account through in game I am still no closer to resolution. 
    I got again same message as day 3, steps which I have done before logging the ticket.

    Waiting ….. 

    there in game does not function as a chat…it’s a message board, messages are picked up and responded rarely. 

    I thought that players are customers, have a voice and are listen to. I love the game but hate the response time and now seems to be getting worse and worse, probably they have lots of tickets. With this method they don’t close any soon.

    I happy to say my frustrating wait has not been in vain. I got my account recovered and NG compensated me with the lost campaign tokens so for those waiting have patience it gets done. I know it’s scary and frustrating to wait 4-5 days not knowing. Another word of advice avoid reinstalling on IPAD - it deletes game data and recovery is a painful experience. Also make sure your game is connected and backed up.
