Can't log in for 3 weeks ❌

Unfortunately after many many years of playing, it's not the glitches that beat me, it's not the walkers, it's the lack of support...
Take care everybody and especially everyone at Doomsquad and then especially Branko, Emma, Drew & Mel 🏆
Keep up the great work @Lexia & @Fluxxx but remember that this last year, you definitely aren't doing so well (to say the least) 👎

what happens if you press and hold 3 fingers while the game is loading? Does it take you to the help menu? If so, send a support request?
Also did you update the game for the latest update that was released this morning? -
Sent a support request since mid September, they are (support) so quick as 1 answer per 4 or 5 days THUMBS DOWN
And yes, the new update did nothing, still can't log in, plus tried clearing cache, playing on different platforms, reinstalling multiple times...

if you are able to contact in game support I would suggest you do that, it looks like your account is stuck/ in a loop and only support can fix that -
Been contacting support and this guy / gal Nicky for almost 3 weeks now, (s)he replies to me every 4 or 5 days (slow??????) plus with no effectiveness

I find it shocking that a long time and well liked player has been unable to log in for this length of time, NG needs to get this sorted before players leave left right and center

what can i say.....you just got unlucky with the support person. I recommend sending the application again, but from a different account, you may come across a more competent specialist

I think support are literally snowed under with the sheer amount of clangers NG have dropped lately, hang in there Paul and hope to see you back soon.

I think NG is overwhelmed with the number of players who are impacted by loss of their account, along with addressing issues with latest bugs. Not defending them, just think that's what is happening. I truly doubt they are actively looking to lose players. I can understand the frustration if you aren't getting the support you feel you deserve.

In game Support has been non existent lately. The generic turn it off or update response.

Once a dialog has been opened between support and player it should be quick responses back and forth until the matter is resolved, 4-5 days between messages is really not good enough. I understand they are busy but no matter which way you look at it that is poor service. Got to admit I think it’s probably a bad apple in a otherwise hard working and decent bunch as usually I find that once you’ve got dialog they are really good at responding..

Thank you for the feedback everyone and apologies for some of the frustration from the past days.
As stated here and also in previous conversations, there is indeed a lot of things going on at the moment and a lot of players that are getting supported with various matters. We are keeping a close eye on the matter at all times and looking into ways to improve the processes, but especially with lost accounts there are a lot of things that need to be checked to ensure the correct person is getting access to the correct account.
@DiElEl I can see that you have been discussing with support actively the past 2 weeks, with getting access to the account multiple times. Unfortunately the most recent questions from the weekend hasn't yet been answered, as we have limited support during the weekends and unfortunate issues occurred during Monday yesterday.
Support will get back to you today again, so please be on the lookout for a response. -

Hi,I updated the game with the optional update and today I reinstalled the game, when I start the game the loading screen repeats over and over again and I cant enter the game, it shows like I have no internet connection but I have it please help, my device is samsung galaxy s21 ultra android 12.I have tried on others devices and the problem is the same.If you have already your account signed in there is no problem, but if you are new or you reinstall the game you are not going to be able to play again, because it get stack on loading screen.Player name: SmiLeee_Thanks. -
