    will not launch a new thread, I will continue to look for help in this one, because here I am not alone. I reported the loss of connection with the account on Monday, today is already Saturday, since you rest on the weekend, it is obvious that I will get access no earlier than Monday, I only ask for speedy help! (

    Yes finally i understood that I need to calm down and don’t desperately start new conversations. Every time I did, I was just put longer back, with longer wait. I did like you, delete my app and reinstall it over and over because i was panic trying to get my account back from level 1. But finally understood that I need to save the game even if it’s on level 2 or 3 and than wait. Thinking if this time it’s not working to get my game back, I give up this game. Because I’ve already started over. The difference between than and now- is that I deleted my account because I was so hurt and furious with the leader from the guild I was in. The guild took me and our former leader and co leader and than some, to another level. Very thankful to them for that. They learned me a lot. But at the same time I just couldn’t catch up with the others speed. And started to pay a lot of money for trying to hang in there. Also the leader had some kind of attitude I saw through. However I started to say to this inner circle of people he had put in a certain place - the discord- that I don’t think I can continue like this anymore. Things been said and done . I left the guild started with those in the same country as me - Sweden guilds. Everything was kind of ok. Until it was not and I came in contact with this old leader again, he saying the worst of things about me. About things we shared about ourself in the discord and so. And I didn’t wanted to play this game ever anymore and deleted my account. But after months or so, I was longing back to play this game . Trying to get my account back- but it didn’t work when I deleted my account . So if you haven’t deleted your account actively- I believe you will get your account back. You know . They did find my account again that I haven’t deleted and working my way up with again. So it’s back. And I will never delete my game again. And lucky for me I’m with good people now😅

    @lexia help restore access to the gameplay to our player, he missed the first message because of the non-working help button. duplicate the message or help restore access.(Криогенщик)

    Press and hold 3 fingers on the screen while the game is loading and it should bypass the help button issue and take you directly to the help menu.

    Please send a support request, support is the only way to restore lost accounts.

  • Thanks Zbot, I'll reinstall the app to erase the old branch and resend the request, let me be at the end of the waiting queue again, but I am ready for this, now I understand that it is possible that I made a bunch of mistakes during the initial appeal, I hope my application will be worked out faster again

    @Lexia @Fluxxx for 9 days now, our player cannot return access to the gameplay. Please help speed up the process.
    P.S. I ask you to pay attention to the employee in technical support Alexander, for often all letters that get to him do not find a positive answer, the process is delayed and problems are not solved.

    Great to hear that your account is back!  I've been forwarding/responding with what the NG crew ( @Lexia, @NG_Filipe and others) have shared with me so it's a team effort.  Lost accounts are very complicated and support is the only way to get it restored.

    Sadly we are still waiting for one of our guild members to get his game back..
    We are running in to the 12th day today, and still no sign of him getting it back..
    He has been a very long standing member of our guild and it would be a shame for him to lose everything..

    @Singer01 Support has been replying to your team member multiple times, but then after giving instructions on what to do, they never reply back to share what the current situation is or what might still be the issue.

    If you are able to reach out to them, please have them continue discussing with support so they can continue the investigation and help, and sharing what might still be the issue at hand

    i did everything right ( after I lost to an update] it’s been more than a week. I’ve had this game since it began and I’ve got so much stuff and it’s gone. Sometime today it stopped loading and is Stuck  on a loop. I’m sick about it . I was on level 78 or 79 and I’m so frustrated.

    press and hold 3 fingers on the screen while the game is trying to load it will either a) load the game or b) take you to the help menu.  If a) then all good, if b) use the help menu, contact us to send a in game support request.

    It’s back!! And I’m going to tell you what I did in case it happens to someone else!!

    I have 2 apple ids because 4 years ago I gave a kid one of my old phones….anyway. My Game Center on this phone was under my new ID.. as an experiment I signed into this phone with my old ID , reloaded the game and here I am!! I’m thinking there might be others this could happen to!! Anyway! I can’t begin to thank you enough. Your kindness and patience kept me from jumping off a cliff!!!
