players joining and not playing......... UGH

How do you manage to keep your Guild Strong? In my Guild we have lost numerous of players and the worst part is they join but they don't play and when they do join they are literally a level 30 and below. I know when I first started playing this game back in 2010 I quit several times because it took me forever to get where I am now.

I think the best way to recruit is through the forums, Facebook or whatever else. Generally anyone who is going to join these sort of things are likely to be more invested than any random player you might get through in game joining.

The recruitment section will maybe help you. You might also find another guild in a similar position to you and perhaps a merge might help you.

@WellyLuga thanks, I have only been leader of my guild since May of this year. Our leader had to step down. So trying to keep people to play is hole other ball game......

Put in your guild description if you have a level requirement or challenge quota and don't feel bad for booting people that don't meet those requirements. I generally allow for people to be gone now and then for personal reasons or vacations, but I make it clear that more than a couple weeks absent with no communication and they'll be removed. Eventually you'll get a core group that does well.

Forum, Facebook, line and discord are absolutely the best ways to recruit. If someone cares enough about the game to communicate about it outside of the useless in-game text box, that's someone worth considering for your guild. Really, the bar is that low.

I would suggest getting players on forum, discord, line, etc...
