Hello everyone. And especially Alexander. I don't know where to write anymore. I'm writing to the general forum, maybe this way things will get off the ground.  I have been playing my favorite game for more than 5 years, I am the leader of one of the oldest guilds, I have walked a long and fun path together with everyone. About 12 days ago, for some unknown reason, my game disappeared (I play on iOS). Just a new game with level 3 has appeared)) . I contacted technical support, reported all the data. (I'll make a reservation that I was steamed with receipts for the last three purchases). Yes, maybe I could not immediately understand what Alexander requires of me, I sent him all the checks that I had nearby, but he constantly asked me to send three checks)).  Do you know how instead of good morning, send me three checks - three checks -three checks))) Thanks to Lexia, she suggested that these checks are not the last, then I found the right ones and sent them again. We're done with the checks!  It took * half a year* and everyone realized that I, it's me), Hallelujah. 
Then the incredible happens. Technical support clarifies my ID from the game center where you need to restore the account. I'm reporting it. After the message comes that everything is successful, restart the game and enjoy. As a result, technical support transferred the Mir account to someone else's ID and erased another Rim account there. I think when the technical support realized that they made a mistake, they quickly erased another account. As a result, two accounts disappeared from two IDs.  We're having a great time. Support responds once a day, sometimes twice. They're busy!!! And what are they doing if we solve one issue for two weeks ??? By what?? It's a strange approach, you're not the only one! Okay, so what? My turn didn't come to solve the problem right away?  I think this is a complete lack of respect for the players. Please sort it out and return two accounts now !!!!

    Good luck! Your best bet is keeping the communication going on with Support. And don’t send anyone money! Those Nigerian Princes are rich enough! :lol:

    So nothing happens, it just got worse. At the beginning, one account disappeared, now the second one. What to expect next? The autumn event is lost, the passes are lost. Guild wars are skipped. It's all very sad! I am sure that the accounts are not lost and there is nothing to restore, I don't understand why after a bug in the game you can't just return everything, immediately deal with this issue. There are appeals, please take and solve the problem. 12 days Carl! Tomorrow will be 13 😱

    Здорова Серега✌️. Аккаунт Криогена недавно вытащили, не прошло и недели, , тоже самое произошло у Лемарка. Примечательно, что оба раза заявки попали к той же убытку, что и тебе и помочь он ничем не смог. При повторной заявке он дал отписку сообщений в автоматическом режиме, мол не дублируйте сообщение, ваша заявка в процессе проверки. В конце концов, я написал заявку со своей учётки. Если в первом случае (у Володи андроида) учетная запись была возвращена в течение 6 часов, то в случае с прогрессом Лемарк (у него айфон) это заняло около трех дней, с учетом дополнительной проверки. Примечательно, что перейдя на английский мои заявки перестали попадать к Александру. Мой совет, создайте повторную заявку с другой учетной записью, дело пойдёт быстрее. Если конечно заявка не попадет опять к нему.

    Sounds like NG needs to appoint a case manager to this and just GET IT DONE!

    Contact the support buddy because i used to get hack into the account once and that asshole destroyed everything on my account i work with the support within around 5days and my account are restore , what i remember that they will confirm wich device you were log on and google play account or game center that were linked then they will ask for your first purchase recipe and you will good to go 👍

    @mir As stated multiple time already - please discuss the matter with support, who has the best visibility in this matter and can also share the info needed in order to help out. Make sure to follow the instructions properly and get back to support if anything still seems unclear.

    @zbotI still can 't figure out how technical support works . Tell us all the secret.  In the morning at 10.30 they write to me to save the game and write to them again, at 10.33 I saved and wrote everything. Now I'm waiting a day?  Why is the question not being asked by Soaz? Do they have an eternal siesta and relaxation there ?  One question - one answer, eat! Put yourself in the place of a person who depends on another person and within two weeks you are simply loaded. And another minus is the second account. In the end, when will it end?

    If you think I can already play, you're wrong.  I am not ordered to my account to my id in the game center! They don't return my accounts to me. @zbot @Lexia @Fluxxx

    It is very similar to a biased attitude based on nationality, there are simply no other thoughts. Alexander does not want to constructively solve the issue.
