See how many players have signed up, put together a plan, see what difficulty is appropriate for each player, organize schedules, reorganize attacks when spades are lost...
The work of the organizer of wars is hard! Let's give you a tool to facilitate your work for the benefit of all! With this tool this player will be more relieved in his work and will be able to enjoy the game more! Help the one who always cares about you!

Anglo-Saxon players told me that the term "lock" is more appropriate than the term "block", which is the one I used.
The intention of requesting this change is to be able to minimize the areas to attack, and thus be able to carry out a better plan. Each player will continue playing the levels that they can pass or want to play, only the leader can reduce areas to fulfill the strategy 😊

    "Anglo-Saxon players" told you? 😳

Did you time travel back to 5th century? 😆

English-speakers have always been called "speak Anglo-Saxon" in Spanish. As I wrote before, I use the automatic translator, I don't know if it sounds very old there... 😅
(And don't reveal that I'm actually an old man either 😂)

The guild I'm in we stick to the war plans, I've been in other guilds where players jump all over the map and blocking islands would be very useful for the leader.

Sure, this could be useful for some guilds where people have problems understanding the given instructions, but I have to vote no because there are so many other things that are much more important, that NG should focus on.

I’m not sure I really want the devs to spend time on this. Can’t you just tell your guild what sectors they are doing? Rather than having to block off al the ones they aren’t? Simple message in chat saying we are doing island 5, island 11 and sector 19D.

In some low guilds, not everyone is 100% committed, and it's a headache. On the other hand, if someone loses 1 sword, and the rest do not get to enter the chat, all the work is lost.I repeat, in my main guild there is no such problem, we devastate all the missions, but in most guilds these cases always happen, I know it because I visit them, and also with Trufa years ago we created chat with the entire community of speaks Spanish, and it is a case that is repeated in the majority. We have to accept that those of us who belong to coordinated guilds and never lose swords are a minority. Most make mistakes and inattentiveness, and the few who organize or participate 100% get frustrated and leave because of things like this.In the case of not giving them a help, we will only be a few players, and it would be boring and sad to see the community disappear. It is simply an empathic option that would improve the experience of many, and it would not change anything for us of the large clans 😊

I fully agree that there are important things to improve, but this is also important for several reasons:
    * It is the only mode of the game that you must coordinate your schedules with those of the others (if the islands were 18 swords, or the C sectors did not have to be unlocked, perhaps it would be easier).
*Not everyone handles the same times, it may be that you need a certain player to carry out a mission because he is the best, so that later another one enters to kill humans, and just the good player is in working hours for example, or had to leave , or you just don't feel like playing at the moment
*Many times if someone loses spades, the others don't know it, because there is no counter of spades played - spades lost. Sometimes the organizer notices or they notify him, others write it down in the chat, others in external chats, others do not even notify him
    * Sometimes there are many messages, and most of them did not download the game to read, but to play
In short, I think there are important things to fix, but this is extremely important for the majority who spend time with these common clans, unfortunately those of us in the forum are from strong clans that do not have these problems, but the bulk of the guilds do.
We would significantly improve the game experience for them, and it would not affect us at all

Sorry, mate. I disagree. I don't want the devs spend time and efford in something that is pointless. Whoever can't/won't/doesn't want to follow a plan and needs a sector-block so to play without causing problem in his guild, is not a team player and should start being one. If not, then he should be banned from his guild. Simple as that!

The problem is that. There are great challengers who don't care about guild warfare. No one is going to kick a player with a high challenge score because they don't want to pay attention to the war. I even think NG put a star limit on the challenge in a vain attempt to prioritize the war.
For most of the guilds I know, guild wars is a bland and boring secondary mode, which even creates problems in promotions and descents, and is the only mode that provokes fights in the harmony of the clans. Being able to give the tool to those who care about making that day less cumbersome is worth it, and IT DOES NOT AFFECT THOSE SUPER COMMITTED TO THE MODE, it would even create more competition for the greater order... 🤷

The thing is it does effect organised guilds, because it is time that the devs need to spend on coding it, working on the visualisations of it. Then what if there are bugs, for instance a bug happens where some high sector is locked even though leader hasn’t done it?

I won’t be upset if devs don’t it and hope that if they do then it doesn’t take them much time. But guild wars is all about communication and co-ordination. If your guild can’t do it then maybe the more organised guild your are up  against deserve to win.
