Game keeps crashing

am I the only one that the game keeps crashing!?
Seriously can be one hour without those crashing?
from the morning it’s happened to me 6 times already ☹️

    It does seem to have got worse recently. I’m on a stable internet connection and it happens more frequently than it did a few months ago.

    Just in case, make sure you have the latest updates for your device and game, as well as check if there is any change depending on if you are on mobile or WiFi. If possible, trying another device might also be good, to see if there is anything with the device specifically causing any issues.

    We have had a bunch of "system updates" in the past few releases, that have helped with possible crashes. There are a few still to come in the next release, but otherwise nothing out of the ordinary going around at the moment

    I always update my phone I have iPhone 12 with last update.
    I have a strong network and sometimes i playing without WiFi and it still keeps crashing 😔..

    I’d say it got better before last update and this update it’s got bad again. I’m up to date and happens on WiFi and 4G. Also my partner plays on iPad and her phone and all of them have random crashes.

    @LexiaI participate in NC and last task ride admin and co leaders but every 4-5 times I am looking the game is crashing!

    Definitely more crashes than before. I played a bit of outpost and the game crashed at least every 5 missions.

    Also, some people had really big issues in GW with constant crashes, even leading to a few being banned for a week!

    I had a bunch of crashes for the first time I think before the last fixer update? Since then I've had almost never a crash, very rarely anyway

    For me, GW and Distance are more of a problem with crashes. Other modes not so much. Luckily I haven't been banned yet.

    Unfortunately not..
    some days the game not stopped crashing and sometimes the game works without crashing .

    My observation of the crashes:

    Things that make it worse
    1. Switching to another app and back. This almost always causes a crash in the next 5 minutes.
    2. Resuming NML after it was running in the background. Even if resuming causes the black load screen.

    Things that make it better
    1. Kill the game after every session. Don’t let it run in the background and resume in the future. This alone reduces the crashes to almost none.

    Several in my guild family have reported severe lagging in challenge missions when there's many walkers on screen, also I was playing gw and on one mission I also had severe lagging, I pressed end turn and it took over 30 seconds to complete. @Lexia
