Since the last update, a hero without Weakening cannot gain charge points by attacking a weakened walker.

Yes, this is the difference after this update, Before the update,
Walker was weakened, and the team members can recover 100% of the charge points when attacking,
even if the teammates themselves do not have weakened skills,
But this update removed it
Can the official explain the purpose of the amendment? -

It was only 75% but that video clearly shows that it’s not working at all. No way you’d make that many hits and not get any charge points from hitting a weakened walker! Hopefully Ng can look into it and fix it without a major update…

Se supone que si un superviviente causa el efecto debilitamiento, obtiene un punto de carga inmediatamente, eso dice la descripción del rasgo, pero ahora cuando un héroe debilita al objetivo ya no obtiene un punto de carga garantizado, después si un superviviente ataca a un enemigo debilitado tiene el 75% de obtener un punto de carga y aún así no lo obtiene contando con la suerte que llegaría al 100%

Al atacar un objetivo debilitado, aunque haya sido debilitado por otro héroe, tienes un 75% de chance de punto de carga (que es lo que no está funcionando).
When Weakening activates and you weakens a target, the effect is immediate: that means the attack is not a body shot and you have a 75% chance to gain a charge point. Luck does not affect that 75% chance to get a charge point.
When attacking a weakened target, even if it was weakened by another hero, you have a 75% chance to charge up (which is what isn't working).
