Hi guys, we should have responded here sooner, my apologies. There was an error in the setup of this challenge set that we're investigating, we would certainly announce a change like this and we're also looking into some potential solutions that would ease the pain.
I'll keep you updated here with any developments.

I agree, but this doesn’t penalise anyone more than anyone else. Everyone has to do it under the same star considerations. Everyone will get less stars overall. Anyway seems I’m in the minority here so I’ll shut up. Still I’m actually looking forward to a challenge for the first time in months so I’ll take what I can get.

You're a great player and understand you see some adventure again in challenge.
Im a 4/5 month player challenge is for me the place to practice and learn to fight with heroes/team 2 weeks ago I reach my first time 80/80 last week a perfect score yeah it was in the mouths of more than 90% way to easy but with bring it back to reach fights in 7 turns is real not fair I play challenge not to reach a perfect score but to reach every possible star I can reach!
Even as this is a "bug" let they think with the pro guys to make it more interesting again but dont screw it or make it not possible for the lower, less experience players to reach 3 or 4 stars coz thats just not fair in my truly honest opinion!

From round 70 it is thinkable to indroduce turn limits to find out who is the best of the best. But pls not from round 1!

Ok I have an update on the situation for you - The challenge objective stays, however the rewards between 4500-5358 Stars have been moved back in a way that the final reward that was previously at 5358 Stars, is now at 4500, which is approximately the max number of Stars you could get if you completed the entire challenge with 2 Star missions. The remaining rewards were distributed similarly from there.

For the fast-starters who have already passed these points, you won’t receive these now as it doesn’t work retroactively - within this week we will run compensations and make sure that you receive your rewards

This change requires restarting the game for it to take effect.

Once again, our apologies for this issue. Hopefully being able to obtain all the rewards eases the pain, and you can still accumulate all the round passes for next week.

Look at this.

I just complete a mission that is supposed to give me 4 (48) stars but after i quit the mission it just give me 32.

Look at the stars 2-3-2-2-3-2 what a disaster, even in omitted missions I got 3 stars and not 4 using star hero

How is this possible? its like NG wants to people quit the game to turn off the servers because the series just ends.

I dont know what they are they doing a lot of people got pissed off because this.

i want them to know why i disagree.. as i said before it’s a game we built along the time. We all play into a different way. We all have different weapons and heroes. What if i enjoy playing with Jerry and i can play the whole challenge max stars?
I disagree with those happy for something new. Doing a map into 7 turns has nothing to do with being better player…and nothing to with a new challenge. Doing a map into 7 turns is like a mathematical equation where you will finally can only perform it into 1 single way, all playing with the same setup and tools. This means that tons of players will be just playing blindfolded on the same steps… as we already saw into the videos going around…

it will be permanent or it was a work in progress popped out?
And also.. so from 4500 tp 5358 there will be “new rewards”?
and …of course to have full Round Passes i will need to play 5358. isn’t?

No injury, but i guess maybe i took more than 7 moves, 4 of which i had to open crate and car door. NOW we have to keep count of number of moves too. So now may have to go mission by mission when master mission takes more than 7 moves.

OK, first of all yes I am mad! I have played this game for 6 plus years, dumped real money over time into this silly little game and finally saw the congratulations for my first ever time completing the challenge to come into this?!?!?! I think y’all have ignored us longtime players far too long. I told my guild that I don’t give a damn about the challenge anymore. Damn near ready to watch y’all lose more players in an already retracting game from a show that is ending. Are y’all intentionally trying to drive the death knell into this game so y’all can I’ve on to other jobs?????? My consultation is if I reach 4500 I get new rewards?!?! This mule is tired of pulling the plow, I’m never reaching that carrot!

Imagine being penalized for playing along with star hero vs the RNG and not being able to kill everything on the map in time. I want to know if I finish with 2* will I get the same rewards as hitting 5358

I can’t agree any stronger. How about a warning to the new format? I don’t recall any notification. How about a 7 turn countdown marker on screen? It’s hard to remember may countdown. How about??? Where and how is this fun? Strategy is fun. If it’s going to be a race could you please give notice? Bottom line this 7 turn thing sucks

I just beat a master mission for the 2nd time after failing once due to the new 7 turn requirements.
Even tho I won & met turn requirements I didn’t get all stars to move on.
