@JasonW Perhaps there are practical reasons why you can’t now restore the original traits. If so, here’s a suggestion (offered with kind intent) for a solution that might satisfy everyone and help to smooth things over:After the campaign has ended, for everyone who has earned either or both of the revised spec weapons, send the corresponding original spec version to them as well, as a free gift.

The larger issue that players should be up in arms over is that this represents a fundamental lack of respect for the customer on DECA's behalf. They laid out a clear transaction for players in the update notes with clear parameters then changed the deal. They neglected to notify players of the change, refused to honor their commitment to players who had already completed the deal, then they ignored the resulting complaints for days while players continued resetting without noticing the change.
At the very least the people who spent 400 gold resetting (I didn't) should receive the 400 gold back if they choose to file a support ticket.

I would like to know what intentions DECA has with the other recent problems:
- where are the armor with the new traits announced in the update notes?
- can we hope that in the future our reports will be taken seriously by avoiding playing in difficult conditions such as the challenge of 03/01/23 "Lakesite Getaway" without having granted us, at least, a reasonable reduction in healing times?
Is there any hope that the BUGS you inherited are fixed and that the improvements that NEXT GAMES was thinking about, after community reports (for example the creation of badges), will come?
And also, should we play Guild Wars away from fences and walls that no longer protect our characters? I would like to know before the start, which will be next week.

Easy fix: Create a Community Event where we kill x number of walkers in x weeks and get the equipment promised in the update notes. That way everyone has the opportunity to contribute to getting what was initially promised and DECA can get us involved as a community and establish some lost goodwill. @JasonW

I didn't have high hopes after waiting so long for a response. It's such a shame to start out like this. I will save my gold. Until I can verify all the information in the game notes. Too bad Deca can't hire someone to make sure the information they are putting out to the community is correct.

Here's the funny thing.
There is litterally nothing else these noob devs can do to improve the NML community and game than to let back on the forum the legendary, the one and only, the builder of forum community and comradeship, the drunkn. There is no bug they could fix or freebie item they could give or unfaithful promise they might make which would do more to help reestablish our sense of community and build the game in the right direction. It's such an easy fix.
And then, they could just let him post. And everything would be fine. -

This game and forum are merely an inconvenience for DICKA right now. Honestly, there is little they could do to pull themselves up from their self-induced harm to the loyal player base. It is time to move on. They don't care, and we vote with our dollars. I've cast my vote. I'm FTP from now on.

Until I see some major changes they lost me. Basic game mechanics don’t work (hard corners, fences, not to mention the old bugs…push visual bug, Tyreese circles).
