    Has anyone had any luck if you only had the wrecker and not the poleaxe? They can’t only change both or none?! What a scam

    Contact @Pablointhehouse to help. He helped me close out a previous ticket so I could request the weapon swap correctly. Clearly, you contacted Support before the April 3 deadline. That should be honored.

    Really not very funny. On 28.03. I wrote to the support ingame that I want to swap the two weapons. Suggestion from support the weapons from 03.04. to exchange what I took. After a few days, a seemingly automatic reply that I hadn't contacted them in a while. I didn't press it's done. Nonetheless, it appears to have been completed. If you contact support now, you get the answer that the time to apply has expired.

    My post from today didn't get marked as new so the thread is far down and I'm posting again. I have on 28.03. written to the support ingame that I want to swap both weapons. The answer was that I get deducted 500 gold and both weapons are exchanged. Then after a few days an answer that I haven't got back to you and the request has been closed and I can't reply to it anymore. The weapons were not exchanged, nothing happened. I don't find that particularly funny. PS: the screenshots can be seen in the post above.

    So some players get both weapons and keep their gold, while others who requested the original weapons that were promised and who spent money to get the gold, get stuck with useless weapons and feel cheated. Hmmm, and you want us to spend money tomorrow on a survival pass. Unacceptable.

    I do not spend any money for anything till my weapons exchanged.

    The support via Deca is subsurface.

    I got a reply this morning to say sorry you’re unhappy we will note your feedback.  :tired_face:
    So looks like my wrecker won’t be replaced. Awful service especially when money was spent

    I got the new message following me chasing the support as I had not received the new weapon either as gift or my old weapons being exchanged.

    I hope it's not exchanged rather just given to us as like other players has - I imagine it's easier from a technical point and  as well as a good goodwill gesture that will make me consider investing in the game with cash.

    I have now been told after chasing it up that I am no longer eligible as I didn’t get both weapons. What an absolute scam. Any devs willing to fight this for me or are you all as corrupt as each other? 

    @AngeliaYang care to comment seeing as everyone else ignores it? I spent money on this game and you’re ripping me off. Why on earth does it matter if you had both weapons or not?! It doesn’t!! If you have one guy replace one. If you had both you replace both. Simple!
