    The 2 grenades and 2 free weekly medkits have not appeared... neither the 6 grenades and 6 medkits for 300 gold each. 😮‍💨😔

    Some way that you can send them to each player, as if it were compensation, which is not compensation, are the weekly ones. Thanks I'll wait for this to happen 😂🙏

    I got nothing on first refresh, next refresh got the grenades but no the medkits. Hopefully next refresh I’ll get the medkits.

    i had only the Medkit yesterday
    Today in the morning with the restock i had only the grenades. so all ok now…

    Weird thing is - I got only 2 free medkits, no free grenades in TG shop.

    Thank you for sharing everyone!

    There seems to have been a minor glitch in the Trade Goods Shop offers yesterday (Monday), so most have gotten the free items as per usual, but for some they have appeared delayed or not at all (during restocks). If you are missing the items (one or the other) even after today, feel free to reach out to support for a closer look

    Alright, a quick update here again as we've continued the investigation.

    It seems that the free Trade Goods offers do popup after a few restocks, so they will be available for everyone. No need to send a ticket to support, unless you had a situation where you bought eg. tools with gold by accident. We can look into returning that for you :smile:

    So keep an eye on the shop and you should have the normal offers available after a few restocks 🙌

    Oddly enough, the Grenades and Medkits you can buy with 300 gold are gone from my TG Shop. I got the free versions earlier.

    We researched the issue. Apparently, there is this old bug where long-time players are categorized differently than other players, and that refresh timer suddenly stopped working. From next week onwards, all players should be able to claim the rewards as intended. We will start compiling a list of affected players tomorrow and send them the missing items asap. Sorry this happened!

    Thanks for looking into this. I put in a ticket but have never received a response. Do I need to put in another or will they be able to figure out who has been affected? Thanks
