    Hello everyone! I follow the forum regularly but now i decided to register. I missed to take my event rewars, because i thought i get them automaticly after event ends, like it used to be before. Is there any option to get it? I unlocked all rewards so i know you guys feel my pain. Please help.

    Thank you for reaching out to us! My name is Tiger and I will be assisting you today. 

    Please kindly note that Player Support is not able to manually assign rewards to players, after the time to claim them has expired. All players had one week to claim the outstanding Campaign rewards. If we were to make an exception, this would be unfair to other players within the community.

    It sucks, because rewards used to be automatically given after end of event. If i knew it changed, i wouldnt make a  miss like that.

    Imaginaba que algo así podía ocurrir cuando algunos mandaban captura de pantalla y no habían reclamado nada. En mi opinión al finalizar el evento debiera entregarse todo lo conseguido, pues ya lo has ganado ,aunque no lo quieras, que alguno habrá. Pero también es verdad que durante el evento y la semana posterior hay tiempo suficiente para coger todo lo ganado y DECA no es papa  y mama para ir detrás tuyo recordándote lo que tienes que hacer o lo que puedes perder en éste caso. Que conste que me solidarizo contigo y en tu caso también estaría molesto.

    Hmmm there is no reason for us to have changed this feature after taking over. Can you show me somehow that this was an automated process?

    It wasn't.
    We always had 1 week after the end of seasonal campaign to manually claim rewards.

    Only survival pass rewards are auto-collected when the season ends.

    Since playing these seasonal events, I always left icons with random equipment untaken and always received this equipment at the end of the event. I don't have screenshots to prove it but I'm a big boy and I can accept the loss of rewards. It hurts less after a few days.
